The Sussex Wheelchair Basketball Club and its League teams the TIGERS are one of the largest and oldest disabled sports club in Sussex. See HISTORY for more info.

The Club promotes community participation in healthy recreation by providing the facilities for playing wheelchair basketball in Sussex. We aim to encourage people who have a permanent physical disability or an interest in wheelchair basketball to participate and promote the sport within Sussex and surrounding areas.

This Year  we are entering 1 team in the GBWBA (Great Britain Wheelchair Basketball Association) National league, Tigers 1 in Division 1 South.  
Unfortunately Tigers 2 in the who were to be in 4th Division Development league has had to be withdrawn. We have lost some players on medical grounds so could not enter a full squad this season. WE NEED AND WELCOME NEW PLAYERS to our club so....

If you or someone you know would like to try playing our fantastic sport or you already play & are looking for a club to join  please contact us. We would love you to come along for a FREE TRIAL SESSION we have several club sports wheelchairs that you can use!

We are also entering a team in the GBWBA Women’s League again this year.
